Since 1998, more than 50,000 WallWalker® units have been sold. We proudly welcome you to our family. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to providing a tool that helps you make money, save time, and work safely. 

90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee 

We stand behind the quality and performance of the WallWalker®. 

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase within the first 90 days from the date of delivery, please contact us. At our discretion, we will: 

• Repair the product, or 

• Replace the product 

If you choose to return the product during this 90-day period, the following terms apply: 

• Refunds of up to 90% of the original purchase price may be issued 

• A restocking and re-packaging fee of up to 10% will be applied 

• Product must be returned in original packaging and resalable condition 

Products that are returned damaged, incomplete, altered, or showing signs of use may be subject to additional deductions. 

Return Conditions & Authorization 

• All returns must be approved in advance 

• Unauthorized returns may be refused 

• Customers are responsible for properly packaging the product to prevent damage during return shipment 

Shipping & Freight 

• Original shipping and freight charges are non-refundable 

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping and freight costs, unless the return is due to a verified defect or an error on our part 

• For large or freight shipments, return costs can be significant, and we encourage customers to confirm their order details prior to purchase 

Order Accuracy 

Orders placed incorrectly (including incorrect product selection, size, or configuration) are the responsibility of the customer and are subject to: 

• Restocking fees 

• Return shipping costs 

Our team is available prior to purchase to ensure you select the correct product for your application. 

Product Condition & Use 

To qualify for the highest refund: 

• Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition 

• Products that have been used, installed, or exposed to jobsite conditions may receive reduced refunds based on condition 

Product Warranty 

We have made every effort to ensure that WallWalker® products meet high quality and durability standards. We warrant that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship. 

This warranty does not apply to damage caused directly or indirectly by: 

• Misuse or abuse 

• Negligence 

• Improper setup or operation 

• Accidental drops or impacts 

• Lack of maintenance 

• Normal wear and tear 

Limitation of Liability 

We shall not be liable for: 

• Personal injury or death 

• Property damage 

• Incidental, indirect, contingent, special, or consequential damages 

arising from the improper use, handling, or installation of our products. 

Some states and jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
